Hi

I moved out to China to work as an engineer in February. I am on a 5 year contract as an 'expert'. I plan to live primarily in Anhui during this time.

I am being paid RMB into my BOC account and have a MBOC account for everyday purchases, both of the cards for these accounts are union pay.
I would like to have a master card or visa linked to my RMB earnings, this would enable me to do online shopping with my income rather than my GBP savings or having to send money to my UK account to pay off a credit card bill.

Is it possible to get a visa or master card debit card or credit card in China as a foreigner?

Thanks
