Salam,

I am an Indianand new to Bahrain. Just joined a school as a teacher. I have been given bachelor's accommodation and single visa. However I can afford to rent a flat of around 100-150 BHD. My query is somehow Can I call my wife. Visit visa is too short. Any workaround. Kindly let me know.

Legally, you only have two options i.e. visit visa or family residence visa.  That is it.  You can get a longer term visit visa but she will have to exit after a certain number of days and then re-enter.

If money is no issue then you can set up a company and have that company sponsor her. Or negotiate with your employer to provide her with a visa which you pay for.  Dependent visa costs 90 BD for 2 years.

And don't send private messages immediately after posting your thread.  I will never respond to private messages that are a copy paste from a forum thread - not very polite to do that.

Thanks Brother.
