I live in ksa and work for a university as a lecturer. My relatives (not my close family)want me to apply for an umraa visa from ksa is it possible

No you can only apply for visit visa for your immediate relatives only.

Ummra Visa can be obtained from Saudi Embassy over the world, they open for the visa for 9 month and close on Ramadan for Hajj
