I'll be in Sharm for a few days this week. I live in Dahab so I'm not really interested in the beach. Where is a fun hangout for expats? I'll be by myself so I just want a nice, safe place to go out. I haven't been out in forever!!!! Thanks:)

Hello,

It's generally save there, Try ( el farsha ) cafe at evening it's nice.
if you are a fan of sea food, try ( Fares ) restaurant in old market another branch at Merkato market.

Hi Alicia

I've lived in Sharm for 4.5 years.  Expats hang out at the following places:

Passions, Rosa Mall (Wed night party)
Tavern, Naama Bay (Monday night party)
On The Rocks, Hadaba (Friday night party)
Shooters Bar, Hadaba (Sunday night party)
Bus Stop, Nabq (Tuesday night party)
Arabbucks, Nabq (restaurant popular with expats)
Blues Cafe/Farsha/Sadiki - Hadaba overlooking the cliff, chill out places to drink/smoke shisha
Camel Bar, Naama Bay

Hope this helps.

Anne
