IT Engineer Work Visa on Electronics and Communication Eng degree

I am an Electronics and Communication Engineerig graduate who is working in IT Industry for the past 5+ years. Now i am planning to move to KSA, so i was wondering whether there will be an isssue with the visa since i am holding and Electronics and communication engineering but having the relevant experience in IT Industry (software development).

Becuase to register in SCE(saudi council of engineers) we need an engineering degree and relevant experience in that specialization. Is ECE and CSE considered a related field and has no issues in SCE registration or will there be an issue with visa processing?
