Hi I’m in visiting visa of 180days,I’m unaware of in and out of KSA every 30days,on 34th day I tried to renew thru absher it shows decline so I call immigration department they asked me to go Jawasat,the officier told me it’s a punishable offence might get heavy penalty and deportation. After all the statement they asked me to Tarheel Department today,the officer asked me to come on Tuesday because they haven’t got any update from their superior, could someone tell me what may happen to me ? Some officer said might issue small penalty and will get renewal for 30days . I didn’t meant to against KSA law or to get overstay ,it’s just that I’m unaware because it written in Arabic . Pls help .

just try to get out and come back, otherwise you will get fine of 10,000 SAR and deportation also you will be banned.

the process will take time and it will increase the fine at the end you are forced to pay the fine and deportation.

this is the rule you need to obey the rule.

Hi, I can’t be out now because I already went to Jawazat office and given my statement,they asked me to come next week for their superior to decide,now I don’t know what may happen,I need someone who encounter this situation to answer.

Go there on Tuesday, pay the fine and just leave. Then you can come back.

And both the validity period and the days of stay is written also in English on the visa.

Any idea how much the penalty will be ? Do I need to do new visa ?

They will tell you their decision. No way to predict how it will go.

You can find some agents who can renew it for you for another 3 months. ***

My father's visit visa is expired 9 days. Went to Jawazat and asking me to pay 15,000 sar as penalty. I read some that they only pay 500 sar. please advice

Bro could you plz tell me how did you come out of this. I am also in trouble facing similar problem.

I have 1 year visit visa on my wife's passport. unfortunately, I was unable to renew it after 3 month due to corona lockdown. Now it is showing 100 SR renewal fee and penalty 500 SR on my wife's border number which I have already deposited.

Also I visited jawazat, the officer on main gate told me to submitted visa extension application with attached documents copy and asked me if I paid the fine, and told me to go home and i will receive massage. Its already 3 days gone submitting the application but still not receive any massage.

Bro plz reply me about your experience or plzz if you can share your number.

I am really very upset thinking what will happen with me and my wife, she is 3 moth pregnat.
