I want to move to Malaysia and want to start my own work , so
Can I establish a 100% foreign company without any taxes ?
I really do not know much about Malaysia's tax system, and if you show me a good law firm for such things I would be grateful.

There are no incorporation with zero tax but a Labuan offshore company has lowest taxes. Check www.simplyoffshore.com

A 2 year work permit requires paid up capital of rm250, 000

A Labuan offshore company allows 30% of business to be conducted in Malaysian Ringitt. It is only suitable for some types of business and not 'shopfront'.
