My fiance is from AFG and we wanna marry in Kosovo btw i am european citizen.

is it easy or difficult to marry there? what we need? does he need a visa?

if its very difficult wich other country would you recommend us? in Europe..

Why have you chosen Kosovo? But the answer is yes, he will need a visa for Kosovo. Most places in the world require him to have a visa.
