Where can I get a copy of Individuele rekening/Compte individueles

Post new topic

I am about to apply for Belgian citizenship. As far as I know individuele rekening/compte individueles is required in the application package but unfortunately, I lost the one of my first working year.

Since my former employer couldn't provide me again, do you know where else I can get a copy of it? I hope it may have been archived in some authority.

In the worst case, if I don't have it, is there any other alternative documents that can prove my working time here?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Based on these, it is the employers obligation to give you copies of these documents. Normally a social secretariat handles this on behalf of the employer (in my company, it is securex who deals with this). The obligation is to give you a copy. As they have given and you lost it, I dont know if you can hold your employer accountable.

You may check with local commune what other document can be submitted in equivalence of compte individuele. Worst case, you wait for one more year so that you have 5 previous years when you apply.

Thanks aneeshks.

I managed to get a copy of it yesterday by contacting http://www.werk.belgie.be

It's a big surprise to me since they are very nice and responsive.

Oh very good. How did you contact them ? If you can elaborate, it will be helpful for people who search for such information in the future.

I sent an email to info.tsw@werk.belgie.be asking them if they could help to provide a copy of that.

They needed to know the reason and requested me to send them my identification detail (ID card, passport). Then in 1 day, I got a scanned copy in my mailbox.

Hello,
I came across a similar situation where my compte Individuel was missing for the year 2016 and 2019. All the other's were generated by securex.

I emailed it to the following id and received it within a week

@hoangtrunghieu Did they ask for any declaration like the below ? Does this mean they will take any action on the employer ?
