Good Day Expats,

My husband and I have an opportunity to start a business in Vanuatu with a local partner. We would like to make sure that everything is legal and properly registered.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We are looking for a list of Authorities that we need to make sure we are registered with. For example, VIPA (Vanuatu Investment Promotion Authority) would need to be one of them.

Has anyone on this forum started a business and what was your experience?

We look forward to receiving some feedback.

Warmest regards from the Flee Family in South Africa
