Hi Archer,
Its been 8 months for me in Malaysia , and trust me 10k a Month is a very nice salary. Here 3k to 5k is enough to Run a small family. My suggestion , do accept the offer and come to Malaysia. A few tips before you proceed.

1. Never enter Malaysia with a visit visa and then try to change to Work Visa, your visa calling letter will be provided by the company and , you have to apply direct work visa from Malaysian Embassy in India.

2. There is no service fee involved in any point of transaction with any one in terms of job offer or visa endorsement.

3. Start looking for accommodation now itself. some of the websites I used to search accomodations were

Cheers and welcome to Malaysia.

Don't move if you do not have a job at hand.   You may be short changed when you get here . Negotiate everything upfront then come.  Spouse employment is not guaranteed even if they verbally say it.   Your wife will have to find her own unless she is a top graduate and there is a demand for her.
