EP for lecturer position in private university awaited..

hello

I was offered a job in a private university last yr in malaysia. i submitted my documents to the univ. by march end this year and have been waiting for a reply ever since.

on mailing the university multiple times the answer i received was that it takes minimum 3 to 5 months for processing of EP.

AND IT IS SEPTEMBER END NOW.

Kindly guide.
