I have 10-14k I need to take from Morocco to the U.S. (I am a US citizen). Can I do this without a problem? What should I do?

If it is US dollars and you can prove you bought it in, you can take it out. You cannot take out the MAD. ( Moroccon Dirham) Talk to the bank.
