Quick Visa Question

Hello,
Solved my contract, waiting for my employment pass and got a quick question in meantime.

My company wants to send me to KL ASAP - they was thinking I may need a business Visa but turns out there is no such thing (I'm Polish citizen living in UK). So they master plan is : send me there, place in the hotel, wait for an employment pass, once employment pass solved I can find my own place etc.

Agent provided us info we will wait still 3-5 weeks for Employment Pass decisions (delays according to agent) going just to KL solves problem for 90 days. However is anyone know is this multi entry? What I mean we have office in SG and would need to visit it 1-2 times, do I need something special or this 90 days stamp would be OK?

Thanks
D

The 90 day is not multi-entry. If you leave Malaysia when you enter again the day count towards 90 maximum day stay begins again from zero.

If you go to SG then similarly, the day count starts when you enter and ends when you depart.

However, check if SG requires you to have a business visa to work with the subsiduary in that country. They are quite strict.
