Interested in suburbs outside Lisbon to live

Hi,

Thinking of living near LIsbon for about a year.

I'm interested to know more about houses near Lisbon where I could take public transport to get into the city quickly (say 30 minutes).

Interested in nice, interesting, safe places with a garden and designated parking place. Not really interested in apartments. As a starting point, if buying, we'd spend around €400k but will probably want to rent at first.

I chose to live a bit further out in Sesimbra. Two buses make up the public transport from there. The trip to Lisbon is about 45 minutes to an hour
