I have a job offer to another country.I have already issue a formal resignation letter to my present employer one month before but no reply at all.is it possible to exit or depart here from saudi to another country. .my present employer here in kSaudi Arabia is holding my passport. what step should I do.?

Passport office hold passport for safety otherwise passports get lost and for you to organise passport when you here is a mission it can take 1 to 2years process they avoid such things. It happened before.

For your exit process go direct to HR do not send go yourself I am sure you can exit .
