Hi!
First of all, you need a visa to live in Panama on a permanent basis, and then you need a work permit. It takes time and some money to get all that.
Next, you must understand that financial means of the average Panamenian are rather limited. Not sure you might find enough clients, if we except the well-off but restricted expat community mostly concentrated in Panama City.
