Dataflow and Mumaris

I worked in KSA before and my employer is the one who porecessed my Dataflow and Mumaris. Now I applied in MOH and they are asking me for my Dataflow and Mumaris. I dont have an access to it they just made a new email for my Dataflow and Mumaris before and not the one that I use so I have no idea and no access to it. I don't know if I should make new Dataflow and Mumaris. I contacted my previous employer but there is no response yet. MOH said they might terminate the contract if unable to provide the dataflow and mumaris
