I need your help guys ! My visa was cancelled last oct. 11, 2018. I found a new employer a week ago, i passed all the requirements, medical cid etc. but on the system it still said that my employment visa is not valid. They're telling me that they applied already and they can extend my grace period in case it expires during the application.my grace period will going to expire after 1 week if they will not arrange my visa as soon as possible. Question is shall I trust them that they can extend it ? I'm afraid that my old employer will file a runaway case for me.

1) Runaway case cannot be filed if your visa has already been cancelled
2) Listen to your employer. They are telling you they can extend grace period and that they have applied already. Yes, grace period can be extended. Can you trust them? how on earth can anyone answer that question

Thank you for your quick reply. Im just curious because a week ago they told me that they will apply my visa but when i checked a while ago that my employment visa is not valid. What's the meaning of that?

Means visas not valid - expired or rejected.
