Hi all,
I am usually on the Libyan Blog, but obviously not working there at the mo,
Planning to go to Ghana but also looking for a European base, fancy Portugal.
Here's the questions:
Im a Brit, non UK taxpayer, Partner is Australian, she doesn't pay tax in Aus.
We have a place in Aus, but it's to far to fly for normal rotation, so we want to buy a plot of land in Portugal and drop a static home on it, we'll spend around 2 months a year there.
How the heck will this affect us tax wise etc.
Any advice gratefully received.

cant help with tax question, but be careful about buying land to site a static home, as this will involve long planning applications.
