Get in touch with the Belgian consulate or consul. They can guide you in getting a new passport.

Straight to your embassy! as they will know on how you can acquire a new one. You make sure to do that before your visa expires or more problem. Am sure you must also go to a public attorney for an issuance of affidavit of lose.

Interesting... really so difficult over here. I am in cebu. The embassy is in manila. I can not go there without passport.

Hope you made a photocopy of your passport and the page stamped when you entered the Philippines. It is a starting point. Everything is more complicated in the Philippines, glad I am only a bus ride away from the U S embassy.
