I have two plans for carrying out small SME business in Philippines as a foreigner.
1. Export of goods purchased from local manufacturers
2. Agricultural farming

Which option shall I choose for each of the above businesses:
1.100% sole Propreitorship firm or
2. 60:40 corporation or
3. business in individual name with only barangay permit.

What products do people actually want from the Philippines they cannot get anywhere else much cheaper, better and faster? I wonder. Besides, you will eventually be cheated along the way. It is what it is: The Philippines.

As for agriculture business: You believe you can participate in any way in a local business? Best of luck with that. The 60/40 spells disaster right from the start!
