I'd like to arrange a photo shooting for my family (wife and 2 kids) in Vinhomes Central Park.

HCM is loaded with photography shops that do portraiture. The problem shouldn't be finding one as much as finding a good one. Is your wife from Vietnam or your home country? If she's not from Vietnam, you might check with one of your neighbors or co-workers.
