Saudi Council renewal problem -CME

Hello guys, I am currently working in jeddah as a nurse. I am about to renew my saudi council but I am encountering problem regarding CME. I have enough CME on my mumaris account but on the process of saudi council renewal, it will appear "Total Number of CME hours: 0". I sent a request on tawasul but they kept on telling me to add or contact the organizer to enter it on my mumaris, but is is already entered in my mumaris account. I can see it when i click "MY CME HOURS". So I don't know what is the problem. Anyone here encounter the same thing? Your response will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

If you send them online, you should go to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties

What my friend did was add manually the CME during the renewal of license in her mumaris account.
