If your website is not too complicated you can consider getting a hosting and design it using wordpress yourself, get a premium theme if you like(around $59). It's a lot easier than it sounds.

if you are hiring web developer in malaysia, the price at least Rm2000, and quality is bad, and most of them will just throw a wordpress theme at you too. 99% of web developer i dealt with in malaysia has no work ethic.

so do it yourself.
