Hello, I am arriving in SMA on Dec 26 and will be there until the end of January. My husband, Bob will arrive in early January.

I wish to get connected quickly with people to learn about where to by groceries, take a cooking class and drawing class, Qi Gong and activities at the LIfepath Retreat ... basically, orient myself to the community.

I have worked professionally for UVA in continuing Education, run a nonprofit for 20 years, FRIENDS of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

I am a Reiki Master, Access Bars certified and current involved the Bach Remedy Level I course ..... reinventing my self in the Holistic Health area.

I am staying in the area north of the Plaza de la Soledad.
