Medical test at the time of renewal of employment visa

My query is, whether the medical test is again required at the time of renewal of employment visa.

By law yes. In practice, it doesn't generally happen. However, for new visas issued in the last few years, the LMRA EMS system is tracking notifications for medical at time of renewal - so let's see what happens.
