Local help needed!apply for NPWP without KITAS or KATAP

Hello guys, I want to apply a NPWP but i don't have KITAS or KITAP, can i apply it?
i already have tried online apply but doesn't work( KITAS or KITAP is necessary), Does anyone rececently applyied it in Biro pajak？ What docs need? or any local can help me?(with paid)

Why would you want to apply for a tax number without residence?

Apart from that, the application needs a KTP or KITAS/KITAP

because i may have to pay for tax. Without KITAS can it be done?
