Hi , my husband vise expired last year nov 2017 .he had one case that he settled down but still he is not able to cancel his last visa in immigration.his last visa cr is cancelled in sept 2018. My husband checked in lmra there is no case or travel ban .He applied for cancellation two times before it was done but when he went for third time , they are telling it is not possible but they are not telling any reason.how can we get to know it?

Whom to contact to clear fine for staying without visa for past one year.
