I will be needing an English Speaking Doctor once I arrive in Manilla to refill a prescription for me anyone know of one they can recommend?

Are you sure you need a prescription? Metformin for blood sugar and several medications for blood pressure, all of which require prescriptions in the USA, do not require a prescription, can be purchased at most pharmacies in any quantity.

All the doctors here in the Philippines can speak and write english . you will not be having troubles with communicating with the locals majority of the Filipino people can speak and write the English language ..

Th education system only uses English. There maybe some slight issues with your accent . But the standard of English is good they struggle with some accents.
