Looking for a gentleman named youcef hebat. Came to Northern Ireland in the early 1980’s (around 1984) to a place called Lurgan. I know very little about his exact location except that he resides in Algeria. I am trying to locate him on behalf of my partner samir McKey who is desperately trying to get a postal address or email for this man. We have telephone number but due to language barrier, unable to communicate. Can anyone point me in the right direction of who to contact of where I can start looking? Many thanks
