Good day all I am a South African male and i am getting married to a Tanzanian woman

We are trying to get her a passport so that she can come home with me to South Africa can anyone help me please

Is she a Tanzanian citizen?

Yes she is a Tanzanian citizen we are in Dar es Salaam right now we have in our possession her ID card and birth certificate
