not yet ,  coz request status still showing in progress,

how long take time can u tell me plz

Check your incoming mails they should send you a bill number to pay. They will not renew your membership unless you pay.

Not received any mail till now , My iqama is valid till 8th January 2019 can possible to renew iqama without renew membership ?

you need to renew membership first. Call them or visit their office ASAP.

I call this no 920020820, she told me wait 7 days to 21 days then after you will got confirmation, But my problem is   expiry my iqama after 8 days what will do now ?

I have no idea, I have got the bill number in the day day when I have requested the renewal.
I think you should speak to your HR .
