Recommended solicitor for land purchase and sale?

Hello Ex-Pats,
I’m looking to engage a recommended and suitably experienced solicitor in the Malaga area to act for me in relation to some land I own a share of in the province of Malaga. We are in the process of trying to obtain commercial residential planning permission and will ultimately sell the land. I speak no Spanish so being fluent in English is essential (verbally and written).... as well as being reasonably priced 👍😊
Any recommendations and comments will be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately the professional standards of many lawyers and similar professionals do not reach those normally expected of say those in the U.K.

Often one can only assume that a professional did a good job if one does not become aware of mistakes or errors. Thus one can usually only say with certainty that a professional was poor if errors are discovered. If none were discovered then one can only guess they might have got it right

For that reason taking the recommendation of a person who needed to employ a professional, because they had insufficient knowledge to do it themselves, means they did not know what was required and thus were unable to know if the professional really was competent maybe rather than just lucky
