Are there any group of English speaking people living in Osaka who love to do sober activities?

Personally I do not know any, but what I have found is that just wandering around or traveling around the area visiting places you come into contact with a lot of foreigners who are always friendly. I am a photographer and enjoy adventure and cuisine so not only do I meet lots of foreigners but also many friendly locals. I also go to pubs and clubs to listen to live music and always meets lots of new friends there. Although I do have English speaking friends in Japan, I much enjoy hanging out with local Japanese. We listen to live music, go out on photography shoots, explore countryside etc.
