It is rather a minor sport in Germany but Frankfurt does have a professionl team. I'm posting a link to their website.

Maybe contact the team via the link Tom gave you and ask if and how they watch games?

Easiest if you just Googled it. I did and found that there is a "BIG Super Bowl Party" in the Frankfurt Commerzbank arena. They should have a big screen TV and try to make a stadium atmosphere. Tickets should still be available for 18 Euros and they mention food like chicken wing, pulled pork and wraps being available but I doubt food or drink is included in the price but this wasn’t really clear. Sounds pricey to me just to watch a big screen, if food is included it sounds not too bad. Here is the link.

Otherwise, some sports bars should show it.  I found the following but there could be more. Sams Sportsbar with 2 locations in Frankfurt. They don’t say what events or things are shown there but there was a review by someone recommending it and saying they had watched the super bowl there.  I would suggest looking at the website and giving them a call.

Also, O’Reilly’s Irish Pub near the Huaptbahnhof. From the website it looks like one should reserve in advance:
