Hi all,

This might be a stupid question bit can you use Australian TVs in Ireland? We are shipping a bunch if stuff over and I need to know if it's worth bringing our TVs over?

Thanks!

I think the only issue will be with terrestrial TV, mainly because Australia uses a different version of PAL to broadcast.  Other than that, power is the same; most TV's nowadays are Smart TV's and are digital/internet ready, so if you subscribe to one of the TV services in Ireland (i.e. Sky) and your TV has an HDMI connection, then these are universal and you'll be able to watch that on your Oz TV and also if you have Smart TV, they use the internet and as long as you have a decent connection, then things like Netflix etc will also work via the Smart TV app.
