Cost of land depends on the area. The closer to the city of Kigali, the more expensive. The further from the city of Kigali, the less expensive the cost of land. You can easily get land in Kigali for $50,000 USD and you can get land 30 minutes from kigali at about $10,000 USD and it could even be lesser than that depending on location
