Hello everyone,

Keeping fit during your time in Switzerland is of utmost importance. How about sharing with us and your fellow expats how you keep healthy in your host country?

What are your daily health hacks in Switzerland?

Do you exercise regularly? What is your go-to sport?

Do you manage to keep your diet healthy and balanced? How easy is it to maintain a balanced diet in Switzerland? Are you able to find organic products easily?

Are there national or local incentives to foster a healthy lifestyle: sensitisation campaigns, sports infrastructure etc. ?

How much of your monthly budget is dedicated to keeping fit?

Please share your experience,

Priscilla

Hi)) I can share my secrets with you)))

1) I drink water!  Water boosts your metabolism. My portion is 3 liters per day.
2) I do exercises at least 4 times a week! I don’t like gyms and strangers so I found exercises in Youtube))).
3) I eat 5 times per day. An ideal day includes breakfast, a mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack and dinner. I use more protein every day (meat, eggs, fish) and only healthy snack like fruits, nuts and dairy products.
4) And of course I even don’t think about sugar, bread and other starches)))). No junk food!!!

That helps me stay fit and healthy anywhere not only in Switzerland)))
