Are brown outs common in Danang?

I am wondering how reliable the power grid is in Vietnam? Brown outs Frequency and length? Do many apartments have back up generators?

The power grid quality is OK.

But there are often power losts.

High-rise usually have generators, but only for the infrastructure. Usualy there is nopower in the apartments during power losts.

Oh sorry, I didnt see that you speak about Danang.

I appreciate the reply. I see you are in HCMC and I don't know if Vietnam has a nationalized power grid or if different regions are independent. Probably Da Nang is similar to your situation.
