i have a question ,
can foreign students while studying in a university , work? can they do some job or work for few hours while getting education in ukraine ?

I did a Google search and it seems you can work whilst studying in Ukraine but to work officially you need a work permit and a residence permit. Pay rates are poor.

You should perhaps contact the University you are looking to study at, and ask about this.

officially you are not permitted to work, and unless you speak Ukrainian or Russian , its a none starter
