Applying for residency in Tenerife

Hi everyone,

Myself and my partner moved to Tenerife last week, we have had a house here for two and a half years. We have our N.I.E. Number already as well as our house deeds. Can anyone please tell me what is the procedure for getting residency here? Too many conflicting information on the Web.

Having an NIE is irrelevant as anyone can get that

To get residence status as an EU national as you appear to be, although Brexit might change that, at present you need to show an income of around 400 euros p.m. and have 100% medical cover.
