Hi my wife's visa expired since December 4, 2018 until now not renew. And she asked them to cancell her visa send back to Phillipines they said OK since 3 weeks ago. Finally they said Sunday submitted in immigration for cancelation suppose to get yesterday 11/2/2019 but not get also. Please,help us and what should we do? Thank you

Why did you ask for cancellation? it is not needed when visa expires.

Once visa expires, you have 30 days to leave. There is no need to cancel and you can just leave.

I suggest for your wife to get her passport from employer and go directly to immigration. Tell them the story, pay the fines for overstay and just leave. The longer you leave, the more problematic it will be for you.
