Hi guys, I'd like to know which are the first steps to follow if I want to move to the USA.

I would suggest that you contact the nearest US Embassy for information and advice regarding visas etc.
Check online for possible employment opportunities.

US Embassies do not give visa/immigration advise. Most do not even issue info passes for very specific questions anymore. Please do not use the call center. Staff reads off a script sheet.

Not knowing anything about OP - travel.state.gov is an official site, user friendly and goes into visa information from soup to nuts.
