Hi

I'm planning to start my new journey maybe permanently in Cascais and need to know some information to make my decision easier. Good neighborhood to live in and rent my own place? cost of establishing my own coffeeshop? legal process to have a permanent residency? cost of living in general? will i have difficulty communicating to people there since I don't speak Portuguese? any other recommendations that might help me in making my decision?
