CRS letter from bank

Hello,

I opened a bank account in England in January and since then every ten days they keep sending me a CRS letter to fill out so I do it and in the bank branch they assure me it’s taken care of but then I receive the letter yet again. Does anyone have this problem? How do you fill the form? I don’t pay taxes in either France nor England.
