Hi
My spouse is Belgian and we are married almost 5 years (in October will be 5).
I have a doubt, I hope you can help me. When does start the Legal Stay time?
I moved to Belgium in April 1, 2014 with a Tourist visa.
Does the time with tourist visa count? I have the time when we got the authorisation to get married.

Thank you very much
Claudia

5 years starts to count the time you were registered in the Foreign register and they gave you an Orange card, anytime from October you can apply for Citizenship.
