I still haven’t secure one. But I am sending Tawasul tech support requests and emails everyday. I am hoping they will help me soon. I’ll keep you updated.

+966 9200 19393 I am calling the same number and I was able to contact them. Just be patient, they will answer after all the Arabic announcements.

While u make a complaint in tawasul,they are asking application number. What is to be written there dear...i am fed up dear.. Not able to apply.. Whenever I am trying to click on apply now it's shows that no active registration found

Hi dear, at my first tawasul request I just put number 1 on the application number, and after that they gave me a ticket number for the inquiry. I just used that ticket number for my succeding tawasul requests. I have been sending tawasul requests everyday but with no response. I hope they will rectify this problem soon.

Hi Guys,

I just called the customer service awhile ago and the lady said they are fixing the problem regarding this issue. She said we can apply for the Certification of Good standing even if we are no longer registered once the technical issue is resolved.

Hoping and Praying that they will resolve this issue so we can all advance with processing our papers.

Hi I'm neethu, even I tried for good standing certificate, they told me to apply for verification first and then told me to hang on and not to try that, told me to call them on Sunday as they got some system issues

I think the system issue is already resolved. I was able to apply for the certificate just now.

I just got an email from them saying the system issue is resolved. I tried and was able to apply for the certificate after waiting for a month.

Maybe yours will be on Sunday, if that’s what they told you. Best of luck! Just keep on calling and sending tawasul help request to them if it is not resolved on Sunday.

Hi thank you for your reply. Midnight I got a reply from tawasul that my request has been processed, then I saw ur mail and checked but still the same issue. I too need good standing for Australia, actually I completed my bridging and processing for ahpra registration. It means a lot my hardwork and money. I Don know wt to do

Hi dear,

Don't you worry. They will help you to solve this problem. Just contact them everyday and send tawasul requests. Keep track on your tawasul ticket number so you can see the progress of your request.

Just hope and pray, my dear. It took me a month to be able to get certificate. Maybe, it will be sooner with you because they are now aware regarding this problem.

Hi jenny, I checked mumaris plus, nw it's not opening its showing that they are fixing sm issue with system to get better service. May be it vil get resolved, sorry I msgd u for my relaxation.

Don’t be sorry dear. Yeah, mine was like that a day before they emailed me that the issue is resolved. Hoping that on Sunday, you can get your certificate. Once you applied, after paying you can download the certificate right away. That easy.

I was thinking today and tomorrow is holiday for them, then hw come they vil fix the system issues. May be simply they blocked the mumaris plus for weekends

Hi sorry but this is not for my mummaris account, it's jus I'm not ablt to open mummaris, is it was the same with u the day before u got email of resolved problem

Hello dear,

System maintenance happened to me for couple of hours only, and when its back my problem is not yet resolved until the next day when they sent me an email (that would be last thursday)

But Monday before that (April 29), I got an email saying that they are working on the issue and I have to wait for 10days in order to apply. So Im a bit surprise that they send me an email early because Im expecting they will resolve the issue on Monday or onwards.

I think they are still working on the issue and I just got lucky my mumaris plus account was resolved first.

Just send tawasul enquiry again tomorrow and call them if you still can’t apply for one. And please check on your ticket status to see if they are working on it.

Hi dear,

I just check my mumaris account, and was able to logged in.

But when I tried to apply for good standing certification again, it is back with the same old issue that I don’t have an active registration. I don’t know what this means. Maybe they are just fed up with me bugging them with 2-3 tawasul requests per day that’s why they allow me last Thursday to get the certificate.

Let’s just hope that tomorrow they gonna resolve your issue as well.

I called Saudi Council and they told by this week it vil be resolved and cn apply for good standing. Hope it works, sorry I'm disturbing u, but I really get relieved after discussing with u

I am looking forward to get COGS for AHPRA but I still have a doubt.
How did you send COGS to them,as they only accept it directly from council? Would AHPRA accept Saudi  COGS from Mumaris plus?

I'm in very difficult situation, still Saudi Council din reply to my tawasol complaint and time is running out. My case officer wants COGS. Is ther any other way. I heard abt getting verification certificate but the form for verification is from ahpra, idono know wt to do. Do u know anything to do
