Employer not renewing visa.

My employer still didn’t renew my visa . They always saying next week next month . It’s already 7months my visa not renewed anybody can help me . What should I do.

Hi Kramykram,

Since what your employer is doing is a gross labour violation, you must report it immediately to your country's embassy.

Do not delay as it is already quite late. If you do not report it, you will also face the penalties and the unpleasant consequences of being an 'overstayer'.

Because they always saying promise all the time . Alot of us in agency not renew more than 15 employees.

Hi Kramykram,

All involved employees can also report directly to the Ministry of Manpower - together, as one.

Your employer will be in a big soup because what they are doing is illegal.
