i want to ask about Belgium Reseding card C Benefits
is there any advantage to having a C category perm residence card over a card B or card A?
what is difference between resident card b and resident card c

It's the basic requirement (5 years of stay, didn't do any serious crime) + to be a family member of a foreigner established in Belgium (so somebody with a D card) and to "continue" living with him/her
